I think everybody know about the plan lounched by Relience. If we recharged by a 220/440 voucher then its free to talk with other relience mobile and landlines also. So the time exceeded already for BSNL to launch an offer like this. I think its not possible for BSNL to give to their landlines also. but they should give atleast to their mobiles. I am expecting such an offer on this new year/ X'mas. Now others will also...
